The fast paced world that we live in today has dictated fast food and pre-cooked food chocked full of preservatives. The farmer has been pushed to produce more and better looking produce, more milk and fatter meat forcing the use of pesticides and antibiotics.
All of this is going into our bodies. Coupling this with stress, lack of sleep, and no exercise, it is no wonder America is so out of shape both physically and mentally. I have not even touched on our mental and emotional health.
Education is the key to understanding just how bad we are abusing our bodies, souls, and minds. I know each and everyone one of use loves our families. If you stand back and think about it, most of us would say we would never do anything to purposely hurt any of our loved ones. Yet, we are living a lifestyle of stress and fast food that is killing all of us.
It takes effort to make a change but I promise you it is worth it!
