Wow! this page is exactly what I needed. It’s winter time here in my part of the world, and so I am starting to think about improving my diet and exercising more, so I can look fabulous for Spring. These fruit and vegetables juices are simple, easy to make and really, really delicious. I will book mark this site and use these recipes over the coming months. Thank you for creating these amazing recipes for me.
Angela
I use some of the nutritional juices for a quick breakfast or snack. They work great! You will notice your skin will even look better for that bathing suit!
BooBish
Some of those nutritional juices sound delicious, particularly the citrus blends.
I know there are special blenders for making nutritional juices as well as smoothies and such. However, I only have a regular or very basic blender. So the question is can a basic blender create these super beverages as well?
Angela
Thank you for your comments and question. A basic blender will leave you with a very chunky drink with all the pulp in it. A juicer removes the pulp. Also a blender is not made for that much work so it is not going to hold up very long if you plan to juice often. It has to work too hard. A good juicer is well worth the investment. It will last for a long time and will pay for itself over the long hall.
Simon
Wow, that’s an amazing list of juices there – thanks a bunch for compiling it!
The Energizer bunny sounds funky and cool, but oh boy – it’s a total vitamin bomb! It will give you the extra oomph to kick-start your day, no doubt.
Btw, do you know of any particular juice that targets a man’s sexual health? Or something like an aphrodisiac?
Angela
Beets are a great natural aphrodisiac. You can add a few of those to some of the recipes and you should see a difference!
