I’ve tried the keto diet before and the meal that I struggled with most was breakfast – I just couldnt find enough things to satisfy me and I found I craved something sweet too. I’m really looking forward to trying these pancakes – they look really good – and I’m so pleased to have found a keto-friendly maple syrup to use with them. Do you recommend any other spices to add flavour to your foods? So far I am using cinnamon and ginger.

It really depends on what you are fixing. The sweets you can include nutmeg and pumpkin. When it comes to other dishes, I use a lot of cumin, turmeric, garlic, and onion power (especially since you can’t eat onions.) Turmeric is really good for you! Lemon and Lime works wonders as well!

Some really interesting recipes here and well worth trying out because they sound and particularly look delicious… I do love the Crock Pot Queso, but I have to ask how healthy it actually is considering it’s made up of cheese, cheese, cheese and cream…. am I missing something…?? haha… brilliant and scrumptious recipes – well done!!
